Atamaita:
according to the Behistun
inscription, the Elamites revolted against
the Persian king Darius in his second year
(i.e. in the autumn of 521) under a king named Atamaita. Darius sent his
trusted official Gobryas, who defeated and arrested
the Elamite rebel. Darius personally killed him.
